Stocks Break Four Day Streak Of Gains...End Day Down...APC Soars Up 14.51%...Get In Line For Your Breakfast Cereal...K Climbs To All-Time High Up 5.97%...SNX Up In After-Hours Trading 13.75%...

Five of nine sectors moved higher on Thursday…XLE, XLU and XLI were the strongest sectors…XLK was the weakest sector.    

Breadth weakened as decliners led advancers 1.43 to 1 on the NYSE and 2.36 to 1 on the NASDAQ.

IWM – 1.01%, QQQ – 0.79%, SPY – 0.13%, DIA – 0.02%.

After four days of tallying gains…stocks took a breather today and closed the trading session in negative territory with the DJIA down only .45…the NASDAQ down 38.72…and the S&P 500 down 2.13…and all this ahead of tomorrow’s US jobs report.

APC soared today on volume of 44.7 million shares closing up 12.55 or 14.51%.    Investors clamored for the breakfast cereal today…K climbed 3.74 or 5.97% reaching an all-time high on volume of 7.7 million shares.  RPM gapped up on earnings breaking an all-time double top of mid-January and early March…RPM rose 1.97 or 4.67% on volume of 2.4 million shares.

SNX reported positive earnings and in after-hours trading SNX is up 8.58 or 13.75%.
