"Such detail. All the earnings and stocks that will be announcing in the next few days. It is great to put the stocks staying above or below the 30 MA in a watch list and see how they behave each day. Don't know when you find the time to post all this GREAT INFO. Maybe in your "spare time"!! That serves as a good example for all of us, who in general are much less busy then you, Dave, proving that it all CAN be done.. Thanks again......." Scott Avery Dave's Insight: We all have 24 hours a day. And almost everyone of us fills those 24 hours with something. The only question is with what do we fill those 24 hours? It comes down to our priorities for all of us. If we make reviewing the charts, looking for our setups, wait for the buy signal and then buy when we are supposed to buy a priority then anyone of us can do this consistently and expect consistent results over a series of trades. Thanks Scott for your comment and insight. Look for more benefis to come here at Chart Signals over the next few weeks... Fed Announcement today at 2:15 ET - Keep this in mind as you plan your trading for today.

Dave and Scott, thank you for all your insights!

As we reflect upon our busy lives, we need to think about what we are doing with our time. Whether we realize it or not, those activities are our priorities.

Most of us never even think about what we spend our time doing. We get up, we go to work, we come home at the end of the day. We’re just going through the motions never really thinking about what we do or how we do it or even why we do it.

So, if we come home at night and flop down on the couch and watch tv until we go to bed, for those 5 hours or so watching tv is one of our life priorities.

If we spend 8 hours working at a job we dislike, that job is still our priority. If this is fine then we’re doing okay. But if we spend time wishing we were financially independent, then it’s time to think about our life priorities.

What a great quote. I have already printed it out in nice big letters and posted it next to my desk. Thanks again.
