Support Holds As Markets Open Lower, Gold Higher

The SPX opened about 20 points lower around 807 bounced and rose to the 827 area during the first two hours of trading. Since that time it has become range bound between 818 and 827. The SPX is just below even for the day at 12:50 ET. Gold is higher trading up over $34 around the 893 level. Many gold and commodity related stocks are moving higher in Friday tradubg.
