Small Caps Lead Again...Oil Continues Higher and Energy Sector in Tops on Monday...

Five of nine sectors moved higher on MondayXLE, XLB and XLV were the strongest sectors while XLP was the weakest sector.  Oil futures rose +1.65 to close at 37.98
                         
Breadth strengthened as advancers led decliners 1.98 to 1 on the NYSE and 2.20 to 1 on the NASDAQ.

AAPL down 1.14 at 101.87 on 35.9 million shares, 20% below average volume
FB down 2.66 at 105.73 on 31.5 million shares, 24% below average volume
