Technical Commentary:

IWM +0.86%, DIA +0.43%, SPY + 0.41% and QQQ + .03% all bounced as buyers stepped into the market on Thursday. Strength in IWM and eight of nine sectors reversed Wednesday’s weakness.  Airline stocks ALK, UAL, LUV, DAL, and LCC start to lift off with strong support bounce.

AAPL down 4.27 pulled back to Tuesday’s low before finding support.  FB up 82 cents on a heavy 82 million shares of volume bounced on increasing volume and closed above its 30 dma for the first time since February 1.  FB gave a C pattern entry on Thursday.

The Euro was up 92 pips and closed at 1.2933 on Thursday.

Trade what you see on the chart of your position. The trend is up and traders should lock in profits when targets are reached. As always look for re-entry according to your rules.

The SPY formed a bullish harami-like candle and closed above its 10 dma while TNX fell and TLT broke out of horizontal resistance.

The Market Forecast Green Line is in the upper zone.
