The SPX pulled back again on Thursday to 1,105 in another successful test of Tuesday's breakout before rising to close slightly up at 1,116.

Guidance:

Another successful test of Tuesday's breakout found buyers at the 1,105 area. Continue to watch the area of horizontal support and Tuesday's S1 level at the 1,103 to 1,105 area. A break below this area could signal a short term trend reversal and a good time to protect short term bullish profits.

The stocks in our watchlist were mixed for the second straight day but many still had strong moves for the day. Leading stocks CRM, CRUS, NFLX, VMW, UNP, GMCR, CAT, LXK, WMT , SNDK, UNG, BA, HANS, AMX, WFMI and AIV continued to move higher.

Short term support is at 1,103 the S1 level of Tuesday's large white candle.

Trade strong stocks up.

Trade weak stocks down.

The VIX rose -0.87 and closed at 25.05.

The short term 3 day trend is up.
The six-month trend is neutral.
The twelve-month trend is up.

Hi Dave, I enjoy reading your blog everyday. Would it be possible for your to add the resistance and support levels for the S&P each day. (You use to include this on a daily basis) Also is it possible to add the sector spiders info that you use to report (9 sectors)? It was helpful to know which areas of the market were trending. Thanks so much!
