Ground Hog Day...

Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow this Groundhog Day which predicts six more weeks of winter. The markets opened lower from Friday's close and then found support. The SOX which is an important index for Nasdaq stocks opened lower and traded down for the first five minutes. Then at 9:36 ET the index started moving higher and then rallied over 9 points over the next 40 minutes. The SPX which didn't bottom until 9:41 ET also did not really begin to bounce until almost 10 ET has moved to 822 after being as low as 813 this morning. Early Morning Action: AET, AKAM, APOL, BDK, BLUD, BRCM, CF, ESRX, GILD, GS, HUM, POT, SCHN, TXN, UNH, WLP FLS opened lower this morning, found support, started moving higher and is down just 45 cents.
