The SPX and RUT have also turned negative. The RUT is currently breaking below Thursday's low and has now formed a lower high and lower low. The Nasdaq has formed a higher low and higher high and is trading at today's low. The SPX has also formed a higher low and higher high. The SPX is trading near its low of the day and near Thursday's low. The DJIA has formed a higher low and higher high that currently appears as an inverted hammer.
