NDX +206.15, +1.88%, gap higher open, filled the gap, rallied and closed above the high of the low day for a bounce trigger.   The rally was led by strength in AMZN, MSFT, AAPL, FB, GOOGL, NVDA and ADBE. 
 
SPX +34.51, +1.05%, closes at 3,315. SPX closed above the high of the low day in a MACD bullish divergence bounce.
 
Eight of eleven sectors were higher on Tuesday, led by XLY, XLC and XLK.
