NDX +182.17, +1.50%, closed at a new all-time high on strength in AAPL, NVDA, NFLX, AMZN, GOOGL, ADBE, PYPL and MSFT.  AAPL, NVDA, AMZN, GOOGL, PYPL, ZM and DOCU also rose to new all-time closing highs.

SPX +26.34, +0.75%, closes at 3,526 a new all-time closing high.

Seven of eleven sectors were higher on Tuesday, led by XLB, XLK, XLY and XLI.
