Breadth Strengthens as NDX, SPX, DJI, RUT Bounce...TSLA, SGEN, MRNA Lead NDX...

NDX +190.36, +1.72%, bounced above the high of the low day.   The rally was led by strength in TSLA, AAPL, NVDA, ADBE, MSFT and PYPL. 

SPX +42.57, +1.27%, closes at 3,383. SPX is a bull flag bounce.

Traders need to be prepared on Tuesday for a bounce continuation or a pull back to support.


All eleven sectors were higher on Monday, led by XLRE, XLK and XLB.

Real Estate leaders:  AIV, HST, SLG, KIM
Technology leaders: MU, NVDA, HLT DRI
Materials leaders: WRK, IP, VMC, ALB

SPY up +4.40 at 338.46 on 65.5 million shares, average volume, up on lower volume.
VIX down -1.02 at 25.85

AXP, BA, AAPL led the DJIA, 25 advancers, +3
KSS, TPR, AIV, HST led the SPX, 444 advancers
SGEN, TSLA, MRNA, MU led the NDX, 93 advancers

The two-year trend term is up.  The one-year trend is up.

Breadth strengthened on Monday as advancers led 2,446 to 589 on the NYSE and led 2,701 to 767 on the NASDAQ

The SPY MFC green line is pointed down at 41 and is short-term bearish.  Price action is a bounce in a bull flag setup at four-day support.
