Support Holds as QQQ Leads...

DIA, AAPL, BA, CSCO, MSFT and UNH hit new highs on Wednesday.

The DJIA, closed down 56 points at 26,430led by weakness in DWDP, UTX, CAT, MMM and HD.  This is the sixty-second consecutive close above 25,000 since June 15 and the nineteenth close above 26,000 since Feb 1.

Five of eleven sectors were higher, led by energy XLE +0.89% and utilities XLU +0.41%.

SPY down .42 at 287.40, on 74.3 million shares, 10% above average volume. Down on lower volume.
VIX up .26 at 15.95 
Oil up .45 at 74.67
TLT up 1.14 at 113.80 on 11.5 million shares. 

WMT +2.52%, CVX +1.59%, led the DJIA, 13 advancers, -5
PXD +3.343%, MGM +3.29% and AMD +2.95%, led the SPX.
TSLA +4.89%, BMRN +2.90%, WYNN +2.31%, and EBAY +2.15%, led the NDX.

Intermediate and long term up trend intact.  3-day short term trend is down.

Breadth was similar on Tuesday, as decliners led 1,512 to 1,393 on the NYSE and decliners led 1,782 to 1,225 on the NASDAQ

The SPY MFC green line is below the upper zone pointed down at 48 is short-term bearish.
