DJIA, SPX, RUT Make New All-time Closing High to Start Q4...

Seven sectors were higher on Monday, led by materials XLB +1.09% and healthcare XLV +1.02%.

SPY up 1.09 at 252.32 on 58.8 million shares, 7% below average.  Up on lower volume.
VIX down .06 at 9.45
Oil down 1.07 to 50.57
TLT down .48 at 124.28…on 7.8 million shares, 8% below average.  Down on lower volume. 

INTC +2.52%, and DWDP +1.72%, led the DJIA, 25 advancers.
FLIR +5.37%, GM +4.38% and RRC +4.34% led the SPX.
CTXS +3.49%, REGN +3.38%, MYL +3.25%, STX +3.11%, and GILD +3.09%, led the NDX.

Intermediate and long term up trend intact.  3-day short term trend is up.

Up: IWM, DIA, SPY, QQQ,
Down:

Breadth strengthened on Monday as advancers led 1,876 to 1,030 on the NYSE and led 2,015 to 887 on the NASDAQ.

The SPY MFC green line is in upper zone at 96, bullish.
