Five sectors were higher on Thursday, led by utilities XLU +1.05% and healthcare XLV +0.61%.

SPY up .07 at 255.79 on 57.9 million shares, 6% above average volume.  Up on higher volume.
VIX down .02 at 10.05
Oil down .66 to 51.59
TLT up .22 at 125.31…on 8.5 million shares, 13% above average.  Up on higher volume.


TRV +2.42%, and GE +1.99%, led the DJIA, 20 advancers.
EVHC +10.90%, DHR +4.71% and MLM +3.02% led the SPX.
ADBE +3.25%, ULTA +3.15%, VIAB +2.75%, DISCA +2.34%, and MYL +2.08%, led the NDX.

Intermediate and long term up trend intact.  3-day short term trend is up.

Down: IWM, QQQ,

Breadth weakened on Thursday as advancers led 1,442 to 1,398 on the NYSE and decliners led 1,588 to 1,309 on the NASDAQ.

The SPY MFC green line is in upper zone at 98 bullish.
