Dave and great traders:
Does anyone know the best place for finding out earnings, before the market opens? I would like to do some simple strategy of just buying these earnings surprises at the open so I need to put in my order before the market begins. The PCLN candle is already quite big and it's too late for me to enter now.

I"m wondering how you find your earnings info so fast Dave!

Thanks...

Dave, if I may...
Scott, the way that we learned to find out more about a particular stock was from Dave-

If you use the Think Or Swim platform;
First while on your profit chart, open your account tab on the left, then open 'live news'. Once there, type in symbol of any particular stock that you're interested in and the news will come up. Finally, click on the headline you would like to know more about and the details will come up for you to read.

Another way to look at breaking news, is to look at the 'associated press' in the money area of MSN.Com's home page.

Hope this helps..

Scott,
An easier way is to go to briefing.com and you can see all the earnings for the day, week and upcoming weeks. I also go to the Upgrade/Downgrade page everyday bmo to gain more info, make great momentum trades both to the upside and the downside. This info is free and all on one site.
KISS, Keep it simple trader.
