NDX New Closing High 10,754...SPX, DJI, RUT Pause...SPX HBO Re-test...

NDX +87.89, +0.82% and SPX -17.89, -0.56%NDX made a new all-time closing high.  SPX opened higher, pulled back, rallied, and closed lower.  SPX was a re-test after a second HBO. 

AAPL, AMZN, FB, GOOGL, MSFT, EBAY, DOCU, NVDA, and NFLX made new closing highs on Thursday.

Two of eleven sectors were higher on Thursday, led by XLK, XLC and XLY

Technology leaders:  FFIV, AMD, MXIM, MCHP
Communication services leaders:  EA, TTWO, ATVI, GOOGL
Consumer discretionary leaders:  AMZN, DG, EBAY, TSCO

SPY down 1.80 at 314.38 on 83.1 million shares, below average volume, down on higher volume.
VIX up 1.18 at 29.29

FFIV, PNR, COO, AMZN led the SPX, 113 advancers
AMD, NTES MXIM, MCHP led the NDX, 55 advancers

The two-year trend term is up.  The one-year trend is up.

Breadth weakened on Thursday as decliners led 2,195 to 788 on the NYSE and led 2,306 to 1,051 on the NASDAQ
