SPY down .12 at 285.46, on 42.1 million shares, 31% below average volume. Down on similar volume.

VIX down .08 at 10.85.  VIX makes its lowest close since Jan. 12.

MCD +1.85%, PFE +1.40%, led the DJIA, 15 advancers, -7.

KORS +6.72%, ALB +6.42% and CVS +4.16%, led the SPX.

QRTEA +4.40%, XRAY +2.49%, TTWO +2.24%, and LRCX +2.21%, led the NDX.

Intermediate and long term up trend intact.  3-day short term trend is up.
