The SPX +14.36, 5,732, opened higher, pulled back at 10 am ET when Consumer Confidence was reported at 97.7 below consensus of 103.0, bottomed at 10:40 am ET, began to rally over the next two hours, traded in a range, before closing at a new all-time closing high for the second day.  SPX closed above 5,700 for the fourth day.

The DJI 42,208, also closed at a new all-time closing high.  The NDX +0.47% opened higher, pulled back, rallied and closed higher, still in an ascending triangle bounce.

NVDA +4.61, +3.97%, opened higher, trended up and closed higher as semiconductor stocks bounced after TSM received approval for a $7.5 billion infusion in Arizona expansion.    

AVGO +1.90, +1.10%, rallied with semiconductor stocks.

Mega caps NVDA, TSLA, AAPL, GOOGL, AMZN rose and BRK/B, META, MSFT fell on Tuesday.

SPY up 1.42 at 571.30, 46.8 million shares, below average volume

VIX down .50 at 15.39

QQQ up 2.33 at 485.37

CAT, DOW, CRM, HD led the DJIA, 19 advancers, +2

FCX, EL, LVS, WYNN led the SPX, 253 advancers

PDD, NVDA, NFLX, MAR led the NDX, 60 advancers
