SPX Closes Higher as Mega-caps Rally...Basic Materials, Energy, Consumer Staples Lead Sectors Higher...FOMC Meeting Starts Tuesday...

-VIX closed 1.36 lower.
-FRC -10.85, -47.11% and KRE +0.12, +0.28% as regional bank group rally slightly.
-Existing Homes Sales 4.170 M est., Tuesday, 10 am ET.
-FOMC announcement Wednesday 2 pm ET, expected 25 bps hike.
-AAPL multi-week breakout setup.

TNX, /CL and GLD closed higher, while TLT and DXY moved lower.

Mega caps TSLA, AAPL, META, NVDA rose and GOOGL, AMZN, MSFT fell.


SPY up 3.75 at 393.74, on 96.0 million shares, below average volume, up on lower volume.
VIX down 1.36 at 24.15
QQQ up .61 at 305.97, breakout test and re-breakout.

HON, DOW, CAT, TRV led the DJIA, 28 advancers, +22
NRG, FLT, AIZ, CINF led the SPX, 437 advancers
VRSK, MRNA, DXCM, DLTR led the NDX, 79 advancers.

The two-year trend term is sideways.  The one-year trend down a little.
