QQQ, DIA, SPY, gapped higher at the open, filled the gap, rallied and closed at new all-time closing.  IWM, +5.91, +2.59%, after being in a nine-month trading range, rallied to close just 57 cents below its all-time high on March 15 and it a BO setup.

SPX closed at 4,613, and NDX closed at 15,905.

QQQ up 1.32, +0.34% at 387.43

TSLA, ALGN, JD, NTES led the NDX, 57 advancers.
