IWM New Closing High...DIA, SPY, QQQ Close Lower...JPM, C, WFC Report Friday BMO as Earning's Season Begins...

SPX opened flat, traded in a trading range on Thursday and closed lower but in the high/low range of the past five trading days.  
 
NDX -74.94, -0.58%, was a pullback to a bull flag setup.
 
SPX -14.30, -0.38%, closed at 3,795, is a four-day bull flag pattern.
 
TSLA fell -1.10%, is forming a bull flag setup.
 
Four of eleven sectors were higher on Thursday, led by XLE, XLRE and XLF.
