IWM, QQQ, SPY Make New All-time Closing Highs...

NDX +39.25, +0.31%, and for the sixth day in a row made a new all-time closing high. 
 
SPX +10.29, +0.28%, closed at 3,702, a bounce to a new closing high. 
 
Six of eleven sectors were higher on Tuesday, led by XLE, XLV and XLB.

Healthcare leaders: MTD, DXCM, PFE, PKI
Basic Materials leaders: ALB, DOW, DD, AMCR
 
SPY up 1.08 at 370.17 on 42.4 million shares, below average volume, up on lower volume.
