QQQ a New All-time Closing High Again…WB Soars 24.96% after EPS Report…


QQQ makes another new all-time high.
DIA, SPY, IWM are horizontal resistance breakout setups.
Three sectors were positive led by technology XLK and financials XLF.

SPY down 0.22 at 240.08 on 50.4 million shares,
VIX rises +0.23 to 10.65.
Oil falls -.56 to 48.26
TLT up .45 at 121.51…on 6.7 million shares
IBM +1.43% leads DJIA.
AMD +11.65% and QRVO +4.61% lead SPX.
VOD +4.02% and BIDU +2.42% lead NDX.

WB +24.96% soars after earnings report.

Intermediate and long term up trend intact.  3-day short term trend is up.

Breadth weakened as decliners led 1,601 to 1,297 on the NYSE and led 1,431 to 1,351 on the NASDAQ.
