Only one of nine sectors moved higher on Monday…XLE, XLB and XLK were the strongest sectors and XLV was the weakest.
 
Breadth strengthened slightly as decliners led advancers 1.45 to 1 on the NYSE and 1.70 to 1 on the NASDAQ which weakened.
