Futures Point to a Flat to Slightly Lower Open....

BMO - ES -3.00 and NQ -1.50 point to a flat to slightly lower open. With the futures down so little 30 minutes before the open, it could go either way. If the pattern of the last 8 weeks continues Tuesday could be a pause day or a second thrust day...the futures just aren't giving us much of a clue for the open...so we'll just have to watch it in real-time. With yesterday's breakout, the key will be to see if a stock or index holds above support...Remember the intermediate term (8 week) trend is still up and we are referring to the short term, one to two day pull back at this point. Dave will be in VC Options today from 11 am to 1 pm ET.
