Bulls On The Street Win Again...


All nine sectors moved higher on Thursday …  XLE, XLE and XLF were the strongest sectors …XLV was the weakest sector…. 

Breadth strengthened… advancers led decliners2.01 to 1 on the NYSE and 2.04 to 1 on the NASDAQ…

Technical Commentary:
The SPY moved to a new high close led by energy, technology and financial stocks on Thursday.  Jobs claims fell indicating economic strength.  TNX rose as TLT bonds moved lower.    

SP futures: ESM3 

IWM +1.00%, DIA +0.60%, SPY +0.53% and QQQ +0.34% moved higher. 

AAPL gained 4.15 and closed for the ninth day holding at its short-term support.   FB was down 4 cents forming another MACD bullish divergence at support below its 30 DMA and is still a setup for a potential C Pattern Entry after a support bounce. 

STX +1.63% and WDC +0.64% gained for the third straight day. 

The Euro was up 43 pips and closed at 1.3002 on Thursday.

Trade what you see on the chart of your position. The trend is up and traders should lock in profits when targets are reached. As always look for re-entry according to your rules.

The SPY’s trend continued higher.  XLE turned positive and now eight of nine sector ETFs including XLP, XLU, XLV, XLY, XLK, XLF, XLI are positive XLB continued neutral.


The Market Forecast Green Line is in the upper reversal zone.
