The DJIA, closed down 76 points at 25,451, led by weakness in INTC, AAPL, XOM, HD and MSFT.  This is the eleventh consecutive close above 25,000 since June 15.

SPY down 1.92 at 281.42, on 76.7 million shares, 11% above average volume. Down on higher volume.

VIX up .89 at 13.03

Oil down .50 at 69.04

TLT up .20 at 119.46 on 4.5 million shares.

CVX +1.63%, WBA +1.63%, led the DJIA, 13 advancers, -7.

NOV +10.32%, GT +9.46% and ZBH +7.76%, led the SPX.

EXPE +9.53%, LRCX +7.20%, MXIM +3.36%, and AMAT +2.40%, led the NDX.

Intermediate and long term up trend intact.  3-day short term trend is sideways.
