SPX Back to Support...All Sectors Lower...

Stocks were lower in another broad pullback on Friday.  All sectors moved lower including Energy even though /CL +2.90% rose.  Advancers on both the NYSE and NASDAQ exchanges declined another 20% from Friday.
 
The UKR / RUS war continues to weigh on stocks as perceived positive indications on Thursday evening faded once again on Friday.
 
DIA, SPY, IWM, QQQ opened higher and closed lower at the short and intermediate term support area on Friday.  
 
 
SPY down 5.41 at 420.07, on 95.6 million shares, below average volume, down on slightly higher volume.
VIX up .52 at 30.75
QQQ down 6.87 at 324.40
 
MCD, CAT, TRV, AMGN led the DJIA, 8 advancers, -3
EPAM, LYB, DE, BKR led the SPX, 90 advancers.
REGN, TMUS, CTSH, XEL led the NDX, 7 advancers.
 
The two-year trend term is up.  The one-year trend is up.

All eleven sectors were lower on Friday, led by XLU, XLF and XLB. 
 
Utilities leaders: NRG, PEG, ATO, EVRG
Financial leaders:  WRB, TRV, PGR, GL
Materials leaders:  LYB, WRK, NUE, IP
 
Advancers weakened on Friday as decliners led 2,417 to 902 on the NYSE and led 3,440 to 1,323 on the NASDAQ.
 
The SPY MFC green line is pointed down at 23.3 and is short-term bearish.  SPY closed lower and is at its short, Monday, and intermediate term Jan. 24, support area.
