NDX +262.17, +2.53% and SPX +49.71, +1.59%.  NDX made a new all-time closing high.  SPX opened higher, traded in a range much of the day and closed higher.  SPX was an HBO above short-term horizontal resistance.  SPY MACD bullish divergence broke out above its price target of 315.64 on Monday.

TSLA, AMZN, DXCM, KLAC, NFLX, EBAY, ASML, AAPL, NVDA, ADBE, MSFT and ADSK made new closing highs on Monday.
