SPX Rises as Euro, XLF Rise...INTC, IBM, MSFT Beat, GOOG Gaps Lower...

Seven of nine sectors moved higher on Thursday, XLI, XLF and XLY were the strongest sectors.

Money Flow did follow the Euro higher as TNX rose and bonds closed lower.   XLF and the SPX moved higher.  TLT closed below its 30 DMA today.  The SPX made its highest close since July 26 and is just 56 points below its May 2 high of 1,370, the SPX’s highest level since the March 2009 lowThe SPX  new chart target of 1,428 within 12 weeks.  The NDX made a new High Close today for the current bull market since the low in March 2009.

The VIX did confirm the rising SPX today with its lowest close since July 25.

SPY moved up 69 cents on volume of 126.2 million shares.

Breadth weakened as advancers led decliners 1.90 to 1 on the NYSE and 1.40 to 1 on the NASDAQ.
