Insurance stocks continued to rebound on Monday led by XL, RE, CB, TRV, PGR, ALL, AJG, AIZ, HIG, AON, BHF, CINF, AIG, L and, TMK.


10 sectors were higher on Monday, led by financials XLF +1.74% and technology XLK +1.41%.

SPY up 2.63 at 249.21 on 71.3 million shares, 5% above average.  Higher on higher volume.
VIX down 1.39 at 10.73
Oil up .54 to 48.10
TLT down 1.54 at 127.46…on 17.8 million shares, 122% above avg.  Down on higher volume. 

DWDP +3.08%, and TRV +2.34%, led the DJIA, 28 advancers.
XL +5.02%, ALB +4.71% and NAVI +4.59% led the SPX.
MELI +9.72%, TSLA +5.91%, AAL +5.18%, and SYMC +3.54%, led the NDX.


Intermediate and long term up trend intact.  3-day short term trend is up.

Down:

Breadth strengthened on Monday as advancers led 2,292 to 614 on the NYSE and led 2,075 to 797 on the NASDAQ.

The SPY MFC green line is pointed up at 73, bullish.
