SPY up .97 at 250.05 on 81.0 million shares, 21% above average.  Up on higher volume.
VIX down .30 at 9.87
Oil down .06 to 52.03
TLT down 1.91 at 124.85…on 12.1 million shares, 52% above average.  Down on higher volume. 

UTX +2.14%, and GS +2.10%, led the DJIA, 16 advancers.
FOSL +5.43%, ULTA +3.96% and BBY +3.72% led the SPX.
MU +8.51%, AMAT +6.36%, LRCX +5.87%, CTAS +5.81%, and KLAC +5.04%, led the NDX.

Intermediate and long term up trend intact.  3-day short term trend is up.

Down:

Breadth strengthened on Wednesday as advancers led 1,645 to 1,268 on the NYSE and led 2,085 to 831 on the NASDAQ.

The SPY MFC green line is in upper zone at 91, bullish.
