TLT up 1.31 at 129.28…on 13.6 million shares, 85% above avg.  Up on higher volume. 

V +1.34%, and MSFT +1.28%, led the DJIA, 16 advancers.
ABBV +6.14%, BMY +4.96% and PRGO +4.93% led the SPX.
EBAY +3.40%, SYMC +3.38%, GILD +3.04%, and ATVI +2.86%, led the NDX.

Intermediate and long term up trend intact.  3-day short term trend is down.

Breadth weakened on Thursday as advancers led 1,476 to 1,378 on the NYSE and decliners led 1,457 to 1,399 on the NASDAQ.
