I've been waiting for an entrance to the downside on TLT for Tom Sosnoffs famous "short bonds" play. Now perhaps their is a technical entrance if this continues today. A great trader said one time...."you either do have an entrance or you don't"!

Hello Coach,
Since we are at resistance on a sideways trend. If tomorow /ES loses the low, Are bear trades valid? Because we have so many MacD divergencis...
Could you give us same more light? And some supports/Targets on a possible short entry?

Scott,

There was a bounce entry on TLT I took on 10/5 (possibly a bit aggressive) seeing a potential M top; sold when it hit T1 on 10/10. This morning I took the break-out entry (horizontal support and 30-day MA). The trade will only work if financials and the SPX continue up through resistance. I'm a little worried about the shooting star type candle at resistance today on so many charts; but it was a valid entry this morning on TLT in any event. Happy trading!
