SPX +37.16, 7,431, opened slightly higher, pulled back, rallied and closed higher.  Breadth remained positive as advancers led on both the NYSE and NASDAQ exchanges. 

SpaceX, SPCX, the highly anticipated record $75 billion IPO, on Friday, was priced at $135 and begin trading at 150.00 and closed 160.95, +19.22%.

On June 22 ALAB, CRWV, NBIS, RKLB, TER will be added to the NDX 100 replacing CHTR CTSH, INSM, VRSK, ZS which will be deleted from the index.

Earning’s flags on DELL, HPE, PANW.  PANW bounced above the high of the low day.  DELL, HPE bounced above the high of the following day.

NVDA +0.32, +0.16%, bounced but did NOT confirm its long-tailed hammer, and traded 112.3 million shares.

MU -14.26, -1.43%, paused on Friday.

SPY +0.54% closed above the high of the following day, on average volume of 57 million shares.

VIX -1.76, 17.68, as hedgers continue to unwind…

NDX +0.64%, as semiconductor and technology stocks continued to move higher.

DJI, 51,202, +0.70%, continued to move towards its all-time high on June 5.

Mega caps TSLA, BRK/B, TSM, GOOGL, WMT, NVDA, MSFT rose and META, AVGO, AMZN, MU, AAPL, LLY fell on Friday.

The SPY MFC green line turned up at 53.3, and price-action is short-term bullish. +0.4
