SPX +16.43, 7,580, new all-time closing high. Breadth weakened as decliners led on both the NYSE and NASDAQ exchanges.  VIX continued to lose momentum and made its lowest close since January 12, 2026.

NVDA -3.11, -1.45%, was trading above 216 until the last 10 minutes of the day when the stock fell over $5 into the close, creating a 10-day bull flag pattern, on 289 million shares.

MU +47.48, +5.14%, closed at a new all-time high after exceeding a trillion-dollar market cap Tuesday.  Ironically MU rallied more than $15 in the last 10 minutes.

DELL +103.86 +32.76%, rose after reporting a better-than-expected quarter results and guidance.  EPS $4.86 beats $2.94 estimate, sales $43.842B beat $35.446B estimate.

SPY +0.25%, all-time closing high, above average volume of 55 million shares.

VIX -0.42, 15.32, lowest close since Jan 12, 2026.

NDX +0.36%, all-time closing high.

DJI, 51,032, +0.72%, an all-time closing high.

Mega caps MSFT, MU, AVGO rose and AAPL, META, BRK/B, AMZN, TSLA, NVDA, TSM, LLY, GOOGL, WMT fell on Friday.

Up: DIA, QQQ, SPY,

Down: IWM,

The SPY MFC green line is higher at 97.3, and price-action is short-term bullish. +1.3 

Two of eleven sectors (47%) were higher on Friday led by XLK, XLF and XLI.
