SPX +64.48, 5,842, flat open, volatile trading range as market looked for an update from Tuesday’s news of tariff developments between US and Canada. SPX rallied after reports indicated that the President is open to considering a potential delay on auto tariffs.  Breadth strengthened in exchange advancers, indexes and sectors.

The DJI, 43,006, +1.14%, opened flat, trended up during the last half of the trading day.  NDX +1.36% opened higher, closed higher and formed a large white candle.

SMCI: -.24, -0.61% opened flat, narrow range, spinning top

TSLA +7.06, +2.60% opened slightly higher, trended up, formed a small white candle.

CRWD –24.72, -6.34%, fell to three-month support, reversed, formed a long tail hammer candle.

After-hours: ZS +9.04, +4.60%, MDB –43.62, -16.51, MRVL –12.34, -13.69%, on EPS reactions.

Mega caps MSFT, TSLA, META, TSM, AMZN, AVGO, GOOGL, NVDA, BRK/B rose AAPL, fell on Wednesday. 

SPY up 6.20 at 583.06, 70.9 million shares, above average volume

VIX down 1.58 at 21.93

QQQ up 6.46 at 502.01
