The SPX +105.84, gapped up on the open, and trended higher all day.  /CL, GLD and TNX closed higher, while DXY and TLT moved lower.

Earnings season continued this morning with positive reactions from TFC, HAL, CFG, neutral reactions from LMT, HAS and negative reactions from IBM, SBNY, JNJ.  Seventeen SPX companies report Wednesday.
