IWM, DIA, SPY, QQQ Rally on Thursday.../ES and /NQ Futures Fall After-hours on Negative AMZN Earnings Reaction...

IWM, DIA, SPY, QQQ each closed higher on Thursday. 
 
After the close, AMZN fell -267.95, -7.44% as EPS beat but revenues missed.  /ES and /NQ futures are lower after the AMZN stock drop.
 
PINS fell -13.72, -19.04% as EPS and revenues beat but average monthly users dropped in Q2.  SNAP, FB and GOOGL were lower in after-hours seemingly in sympathy with the SNAP reaction.
