DJI closed at 31,613 a new all-time closing high.  NDX -74.06, -0.54%, pulled back from Tuesday’s all-time intra-day high and formed a potential one-day bull flag.  SPX -1.26, -0.03%, closed at 3,931, also pulling back from yesterday’s all-time intra-day high. 
 
TSLA -0.24% fell to 3-week support and bounced forming a white candle and a MACD bullish divergence setup.
 
Eight of eleven sectors were higher on Wednesday, led by XLE, XLY and XLF.
