NDX, SPX, DJI Close at All-time Highs after Late Rally on Friday...

NDX +73.35, +0.53%, rose to a new all-time closing high on Friday.  SPX +18.45, +0.49%, closed at 3,934, also a new all-time closing high. 
 
TSLA +0.55% bounced and formed a hammer-like spinning top candle at support.
 

Nine of eleven sectors were higher on Friday, led by XLE, XLB and XLF. 
 
Energy leaders: COG, SWN, HAL, HES
Basic Materials leaders: MOS, MLM, ALB, VMC
Financial leaders: SCHW, WFC, TFC, UNM
 
SPY up 1.93 at 392.64 on 50.5 million shares, below average volume, up on higher volume.
VIX down 1.28 at 19.97
 
INTC, JPM, GS, AXP led the DJIA, 18 advancers, +5
MHK, TER, MOS, DISCA led the SPX, 321 advancers.
ILMN, PTON, PYPL, MRVL led the NDX, 66 advancers.
