The intermediate and long-term trends are still up.

In Tuesday’s post we discussed the 23.6% Fib retracement of the intermediate term trend since the November election.  Tonight we highlight Wednesday’s pause that stayed above both Tuesday’s large white candle S1 and the bounce that occurred today at the 23.6% Fib retracement of the rally this week.

Bottom-line:  Technically speaking the SPX been in a healthy consolidation and the intermediate and long-term trends are still up.
