SPY, QQQ, IWM End Quarter with A Monthly New High Close...

Eight of ten sectors moved higher on FridayXLF, XLE and XLV were the strongest sectors while XLU was the weakest sector.  Oil futures rose .33 to close at 48.05.

SPY, QQQ and IWM each finished the September quarter with a monthly new high close.  SPY finished just one cent higher than its August close at 216.29.

The NDX rose +37.40 lead by strength in AAPL, AMZN, COST, INTC, NXPI, BIIB, CSCO, GILD, MSFT, QCOM, WBA, CELG, MDLZ, KHC, AMGN and SBUX.

NXPI and QCOM gapped up this week on potential buyout news.

TPX and CTSH gapped down this week on corporate developments.
