SPX +0.01, 7,483, opened higher, traded in a range and closed one cent higher, continued above its 30 DMA.  Both the NDX and SPX are in a 4-week consolidation sideways channel.  Breadth was mixed as advancers led on the NYSE and decliners led slightly on the NASDAQ exchange.

SpaceX, SPCX, closed at 162.00, +2.83%.  Our view is that SPCX, with no earnings continues to be an overvalued speculation, even with inclusion in the NDX on July 7.
