SPX +133.90, 6,932, opened lower, reversed and closed higher for one of the largest gains on an expiration Friday in four years. The SPX retraced Thursday’s selloff plus 50 points.  Breadth strengthened as advancers increased 135% on the NYSE exchange and 240% on the NASDAQ exchange.  

AMZN -12.37, -5.55%, a negative earnings reaction.

VIX -4.01, at 17.76. 

NDX +2.15%, close above the high of the low day on Thursday, channel bounce.

DJI, 50,115, +2.47%, an all-time closing high, and the first close above 50,000.

Mega caps NVDA, AVGO, TSM, LLY, TSLA, MSFT, BRK/B, AAPL rose and META, GOOGL, AMZN, fell on Friday.
