SPX +2.06, 6,068, traded in a range as breadth was mixed but weaker on Tuesday.  The DJI, 44,593, closed +0.28%, closed higher and formed a bullish engulfing pattern.  NDX -0.29% opened and closed slightly lower on mega-cap weakness. 

Indexes traded up and down in a channel as Fed Chair Powell testified in his Semi-annual Monetary Policy report today before the Senate.  Powell will continue to testify tomorrow, Wednesday before the House.  CPI report released tomorrow, Wednesday BMO and the PPI report will be released Thursday BMO.

TSLA -22.23, -6.34%, closed below five-week horizontal support for the third day, nearing three-month support.
