-META lower after downgrade.

-GOOGL lower after news that Samsung may change to Bing for phone search.

-SPX falls after Fed speak from Barkin at 10:00 am ET

-VIX down .12, a 52-week low.

-Earnings: MTB +7.78%, SCHW +3.94%, STT -9.18% on Monday 

DXY and TNX closed higher, while /CL, TLT and GLD moved lower.

Mega caps TSLA, MSFT, NVDA, AMZN, AAPL rose and META, GOOGL fell.
