The SPX +8.06 opened lower and closed higher at a new 3-month high.  TLT and TNX closed higher, while /CL, GLD and DXY moved lower.

FOMC minutes will be released Wednesday at 2 pm ET.

SPY up .84 at 429.70, on 59.2 million shares, below average volume, up on higher volume.

VIX down .26 at 19.69

QQQ down .78 at 332.28
