QQQ, SPY, DIA rose moving above the HOLD in a bull flag pattern. Oil futures, (/CL +4.23) closed higher.  Fed minutes will be released Wednesday, 2 pm ET.
 
Talks between UKR / RUS continue to have no clear path towards a ceasefire.  
  
SPY up 3.88 at 456.80, on 59.6 million shares, lowest daily volume 2022, below average volume, up on lower volume.
VIX down 1.06 at 18.57
QQQ up 7.45 at 369.30.
 
CRM, AAPL, INTC, MSFT led the DJIA, 19 advancers, -1
TWTR, ETSY, TSLA, PENN led the SPX, 337 advancers.
PDD, BIDU, OKTA, JD led the NDX, 78 advancers.
