SPX, DJI, NDX and RUT opened higher and closed lower on Thursday after an afternoon sell-off following an announcement that a Senate panel had approved antitrust legislation against big tech platforms favoring their own products over competitors. Such legislation is directed toward AAPL, GOOGL and AMZN.
SPX closed at 4,482 -50.03.
NDX closed at 14,846, -201.39.
